Job summary

Qualifications

Integration and Automation Implementation Lead

Job Summary:

The Implementation Lead is a critical role responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation of integration solutions using leading enterprise integration platforms. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients and internal teams through the entire project lifecycle, from discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical expertise in integration, project management acumen, and excellent communication skills.

  • Design robust and scalable integration solutions using iPaaS platforms, leveraging pre-built connectors, custom flows, APIs, and data transformations.
  
  
  • Develop detailed data mapping specifications and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
  
  
  • Contribute to the evolution of the client's enterprise application integration (EAI) and SOA vision, implementing methodologies and procedures conforming to standard patterns and practices.

  • Hands‑on experience with leading iPaaS solutions, including developing recipes/flows, managing connections, and utilizing data mapping and transformation capabilities.
  
  
  • Experience integrating with various enterprise applications such as ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and other cloud/on‑premise systems.
  
  
  • Familiarity with API development (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and event‑driven architectures.
  
  
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  
  
  • Proficiency in leading iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, Celigo, Workato).
