Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Solutions Specialist to support internal BU's and external customers, evangelize CXBSG products, and assist Sales in closing engagements with both commercial and technical skills.

You will lead discovery sessions, coordinate with Design & Engineering, prepare SOWs and BOMs, and document interactions to enable successful proposals while collaborating with sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT selling, Business Development, Project Management or related functions.
• Understanding customer engagement terminologies and basic telephony is required.

Responsibilities

• Create solution presentations and deliver them to customers via presentations, demos, workshops or training.
• Lead discovery/scoping sessions with customers and document findings.
• Lead POC for customers in coordination with CXBSG Design and Engineering Team.
• Coordinate with other groups for requirements to complement CXBSG solutions and tailor to customer needs.
• Prepare SOWs, POC documents and BOMs in coordination with teams.
• Document all vendor and customer interactions (MOM, TOR, RFP, etc.).
• Create roadmap documents for accounts with Sales and SA.
