Job summary

CTC Far East Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Associate/Specialist in Metro Manila to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable sales through value creation, product ideation, and project management.

You will support defined sales strategies to drive growth and hit targets. The role requires strong communication, tech literacy, and the ability to work independently, with at least 1 year in the field and a relevant BS degree.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the field.
• Graduate of BS Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Cosmetic Science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentation skills.
• Tech savvy with technical literacy.
• Ability to drive a car.
• Ability to conduct research and market checks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and convert them to profitable sales through value creation and project management.
• Support and implement defined sales strategies to enhance business growth and meet sales targets.
• Find opportunities and new clients, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Build teamwork and strong relationships with BU teams, customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory policies supporting sales strategies.
• Promote product introductions and growth with clients.
