Job summary
Dialpad is seeking a Solutions Architect for Professional Services in the Philippines. You will design contact center call flows, integrate with business systems, and guide clients from initial engagement through deployment, ensuring a world-class experience.
You’ll act as a subject-matter expert, tailor Dialpad solutions for automation and analytics, and oversee deployments while working US hours to align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud communications platforms and collaboration tools.
- Experience with VoIP telephony services and UCaaS/CCaaS deployments.
- Understanding of networking, security, and data center concepts.
- Experience configuring integrations and reporting for contact centers.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure contact center call flows with seamless integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor Dialpad solutions for call handling, automation, and analytics.
- Provision and configure desk phones with best practices.
- Lead deployment efforts and oversee call flow design and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues and report bugs during deployments.
- Analyze workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
- Perform risk analysis and change management for project success.
- Conduct video conferencing sessions to guide implementation.
