Dialpad is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our US-hours, client-focused team. You will design contact center call flows, configure integrations, and act as a subject-matter expert guiding customers from Day 1 to deployment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a world-class setup that delivers measurable value and a seamless user experience. You will work with CCaaS/UCaaS solutions, tailor our offerings for each client, and lead deployments while maintaining high standards for

Qualifications

Experience designing contact center call flows and integrations.
Proven experience implementing CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
Ability to work US hours.

Responsibilities

Design and configure contact center call flows with seamless system integrations.
Collaborate with clients to tailor Dialpad solutions for optimized call handling, automation, and analytics.
Provision and configure desk phones and provide implementation best practices.
Lead deployment efforts and oversee call flow design and system configurations.
Troubleshoot deployments and report bugs to ensure smooth handoffs.
Analyze workflows and identify improvements to boost efficiency and performance.
Perform risk analysis and change management to support project success.
Conduct video conferencing sessions to guide clients through adoption of best practices.
