• Provision and configure desk phones with best-practice setups.
• Lead deployment efforts aligning with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues and report bugs during deployments.
• Refine workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
• Perform risk analysis and change management for on-time delivery.
• Conduct video conferences to guide implementation and promote best practices adoption.
