Job summary
POWER AI PHILIPPINES INC. seeks a Technical Sales Engineer/BD Engineer – Solar & Renewable Energy to drive growth by delivering expert technical guidance to clients.
You will design and propose solar PV, energy storage, RSDs, and mounting systems while coordinating with engineering and installation teams to ensure feasible, compliant solutions. The ideal candidate has strong solar knowledge, exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in technical sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales in solar/renewable energy or related electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, sizing, net metering, and energy storage concepts.
- Proficiency with PV design and simulation tools (PVsyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD or similar).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell solar energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Provide technical expertise during meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including system designs and ROI analyses.
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate with engineering, installation, and operations teams.
- Respond to inquiries and provide product training and after-sales support.
- Build relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and project pipelines.
- Stay updated on solar technologies, regulations, and incentives.
