POWER AI PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer/Business Development Engineer in solar and renewable energy to drive sales growth by offering expert technical advice and customized solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
At least 2 years in technical sales, preferably in solar/renewable energy.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, sizing, energy generation, and net metering.
Proficient in solar design and simulation tools such as PVsyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD.
Knowledge of NEC/IEC electrical and solar installation codes and standards.
Strong technical, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Willing to work on-site/relocate in Mandaluyong City/BGC.
Bisaya/Cebuano communication is an advantage for handling Visayas/Mindanao projects.
Experience with C&I solar projects, solar batteries/energy storage, and hybrid inverters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell solar energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Provide technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals including designs, quotations, energy yield estimates, ROI calculations, and payback analysis.
Conduct site assessments to determine system compatibility and design parameters.
Coordinate with Engineering, Installation, and Operations teams for project feasibility and compliance.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide training and after-sales support.
Maintain knowledge of solar technologies, market developments, and incentive programs.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Assist in tender documents and bids throughout the bidding process.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, quotations, and project pipelines.
Support sales team in identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
