Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati seeks a Solar Field Engineer to lead on-site solar power and EV charging installations from site survey to commissioning and client turnover. You will ensure safety, quality, and engineering standards are met while performing hands-on troubleshooting post-install.

Responsibilities include design, site assessments, installation supervision, testing, and thorough documentation. Travel across Luzon is required, with a valid driver's license as a must-have.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in EPC projects with solar/EV infra.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
• Ability to produce SLDs and electrical shop drawings for construction teams.
• Fluent in English and Filipino for client-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Design & site assessment: conduct site surveys and derive system design and installation methods.
• Installation & project delivery: supervise solar and EV charging installations end-to-end, manage timelines and costs.
• Testing, commissioning & handover: perform testing and provide complete handover packages.
