Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati invites a Technical Support Engineer to deliver on-site and remote support for solar PV systems. You will troubleshoot issues, assist in commissioning and configuration, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years in solar or renewable energy, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering field.
3–5 years in installation, commissioning, or technical support of solar/renewable energy products.
Solid understanding of PV systems including panels, inverters and monitoring platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers, installers, and internal teams.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in PV systems through remote or on-site support.
Provide guidance on installation, commissioning, configuration, operation and maintenance.
Monitor performance data and recommend corrective actions to improve uptime and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to engineering or manufacturers with timely follow-through.
Maintain accurate records of support cases, resolutions and system performance.
Contribute to documentation, user guides and training materials.
