HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue by combining technical expertise with consultative selling for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role covers site assessments, solution design, presentations, proposals, and deal closing.

Experience in solar energy and related equipment is highly preferred. You will travel across Luzon for fieldwork, rooftop inspections, and collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales in solar/renewable energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (grid-tied, hybrid, off-grid) and energy storage.
• Experience with solar, battery energy storage, and EV charging solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and PVsyst is an advantage.
• Proven ability to conduct technical consultations, client presentations, and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to diverse clients.
• Willingness to travel throughout Luzon and perform fieldwork.

Responsabilités

• Engage prospective clients, understand energy requirements, and recommend solar PV, storage, and EV charging solutions.
• Conduct technical consultations and presentations translating requirements into viable energy solutions.
• Perform site assessments to evaluate roof/ground conditions, electrical infrastructure, and feasibility.
• Develop preliminary solar system designs, energy yield estimates, and technical proposals.
• Manage client relationships through the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to deal closing.
• Coordinate with Engineering for project handover and alignment with requirements.
• Work with Procurement on equipment availability, specs, pricing, and lead times.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and proposals.
