Job summary
HRTx Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Makati to provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects. You will troubleshoot issues, assist customers, and ensure installed systems operate reliably.
The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, customer-focused communication, and experience in solar/renewable energy. Onsite work, Monday–Friday dayshift, with ownership of resolving customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical systems or related fields.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in solar/renewable energy industry.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Licensed Engineer or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Driver's License is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
- Handle support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
- Ensure installed systems are operating correctly.
- Guide customers through technical concerns and system-related issues.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
