Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Field Engineer to plan, install, test, commission, and maintain solar PV systems and EV charging stations. You will lead site surveys, design layouts, and oversee installation with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, EPC, renewable energy, or related industries.
Experience in solar PV systems and/or EV charging infrastructure preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of electrical drawings, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
Willing to travel extensively and possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Plan site surveys and assessments to evaluate project requirements.
Lead and supervise installation of solar PV systems, including grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid solutions, and EV charging stations.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project execution.
Monitor project schedules, resources, and site activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Ensure all installation work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover, including training clients and end users.
Provide onsite troubleshooting and technical support; maintain project records and commissioning docs.
