Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, EPC, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Experience in solar PV systems and/or EV charging infrastructure preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of electrical drawings, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Willing to travel extensively and possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Plan site surveys and assessments to evaluate project requirements.
• Lead and supervise installation of solar PV systems, including grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid solutions, and EV charging stations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and site activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Ensure all installation work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover, including training clients and end users.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting and technical support; maintain project records and commissioning docs.
