Buskowitz Group, a leading energy solutions company in the Philippines, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for Buskowitz Energy’s solar and financing products. You will build the sales pipeline and support business development efforts.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in lead generation or related fields, with strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
• Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and/or energy sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify potential clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Develop and maintain a database of leads using CRM tools.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in Buskowitz Energy solutions.
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
• Collaborate and support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
