Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead field sales in Pampanga. You will educate customers, build relationships, and close deals while coordinating with operations for delivery and after-sales support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in BD/Sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel to client sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling corporate accounts is an advantage.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process: qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with discipline and consistency.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Support barangay activations, community events, and local marketing activities.
• Coordinate with operations for delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Conduct daily field visits to Barangays, MSMEs, B2B accounts, retail, and wholesale providers.
• Generate leads through community engagement, referrals, and on-site prospecting.
• Deliver product demos and explain the company's solar appliances clearly and confidently.
