Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Field Engineer to plan, install, test, commission, and maintain solar PV systems and EV charging stations. You will lead site assessments, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

The role requires hands-on field work, strong technical skills in electrical drawings (SLDs) and AutoCAD, and travel to project locations. Bachelor's in engineering and a license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in engineering, construction, EPC, or renewable energy.
• Experience with solar PV or EV charging infra preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (residential to industrial).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SLD drawings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel and field visits.
• Valid driver's license; personal vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan site surveys and develop solar/EV project plans.
• Lead installation of PV and EV charging systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Perform testing, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain project records and reports.
• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
