Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Solar Field Engineer to lead on-site solar power and EV charging installations from survey through commissioning and handover. You will ensure safety, quality, and engineering standards while handling hands-on troubleshooting and post-install support.

The role requires 5 years in EPC, strong AutoCAD skills for SLDs, and the ability to travel across Luzon. This is a fully onsite, Monday-Friday position based in Makati with a focus on client-facing technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in the EPC industry.
• Solar-specific experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation of solar power systems and EV charging builds.
• Own project execution end-to-end: timelines, costs, safety and quality.
• Prepare handover packages including SLDs and documentation.
• On-site troubleshooting and continuous improvement; document activities.
