Job summary

hrtx is seeking a Solar Field Engineer in Makati to lead on-site solar and EV charging installations from survey to commissioning. You will ensure safety, quality, and engineering standards while performing hands-on troubleshooting and client turnover.

The role requires 3–5 years in EPC and strong AutoCAD skills to produce SLDs and shop drawings. Travel across Luzon is expected; driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years EPC experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to produce SLDs and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and translate energy needs into system design and installation plan.
• Produce accurate SLDs and shop drawings for installation teams.
• Lead onsite installation of solar and EV charging projects; manage timelines and safety.
• Oversee materials inventory and on-site quality control.
• Run testing and commissioning; prepare handover packages.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with sales and technical support to align build and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and standards.
