Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Solar Field Engineer to oversee the technical execution of solar energy and EV charging projects from site assessment through commissioning and client handover. The role collaborates with Sales and Technical Support to ensure safe, efficient delivery and adherence to electrical standards and company quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years in EPC, electrical, construction or related environments.
• Experience with solar PV systems, EV charging, electrical installations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessments and system designs, review SLDs and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Supervise solar PV installations, EV charging stations, and related works on-site.
• Perform testing, commissioning and functional checks per design specifications.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for installed systems.
• Compile and hand over client documentation and commissioning reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine electrical codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, and Project Management to deliver projects on time.
