Job summary

AX-Talents International HR Services in Manila seeks a dynamic solar sales professional to develop and execute strategies for the Philippine market, and to promote PV inverters, energy storage solutions, and related solar products.

You will identify opportunities with distributors, installers, EPCs, system integrators and developers, conduct visits and presentations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years frontline sales experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Proven sales experience with PV inverters, energy storage systems (ESS), or solar modules.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Philippine solar and energy storage market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, installers, EPCs, system integrators, developers, and other relevant customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Promote and sell PV inverters, energy storage solutions, and related solar energy products.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical and product teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Support projects throughout the sales cycle, from initial opportunity development through contract closing and customer follow-up.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and business updates to management.
