Job summary

CN Green Roof Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations, Maintenance, and Plant Performance Manager to oversee solar power facilities. You will manage day-to-day O&M activities, ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency, and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and Head Office.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, at least six years in solar or power plant operations, strong SCADA knowledge, and proven leadership to drive maintenance planning, incident responses, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; licensed EE preferred.
• At least six years of experience in O&M of solar PV plants or utilities.
• Experience leading site operations, contractor coordination, maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, substations, inverters, transformers.
• Proficient in SCADA and data reporting tools.
• Willing to work on-site Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day O&M activities for assigned renewable energy projects.
• Provide technical oversight of solar panels, inverters, substations and protection systems.
• Plan, supervise, and validate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Analyze plant performance, energy yield and trends; implement improvements.
• Lead incident response including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain complete documentation for audits and management review.
