Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Founding General Manager to build, launch, and lead a new Solar & Battery Solutions division in the Philippines. You will establish the business from inception—covering permits, partnerships, recruitment, systems, and commercial launch—and drive a scalable, profitable operation with strategic relationships across the industry.

Qualifications

Significant prior experience in solar energy, battery storage, or related industries.
Experience launching or expanding a business/unit.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to build partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and financing partners.
Knowledge of permits, licenses, electrical standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Build the business from ground up including formation, permits, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute commercial strategy to secure initial projects and customers.
Recruit and lead the technical and operating team; establish SOPs and controls.
Establish pricing, contracts, and operating plans; oversee project development and delivery.
Drive growth, profitability, and scalable operations for long-term success.
