Job summary

Alpha ESS Europe is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of our solar and energy storage portfolio in the Philippines. You will lead the local market by building a strong network of distributors, installers, EPCs and key accounts, driving sales and expanding regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in solar PV, inverters, batteries or energy storage.
• Proven experience working with distributors, solar installers, EPCs or other channel partners in the Philippines.
• Established customer and partner network within the Philippine solar market is highly preferred.
• Experience selling solar PV systems, inverters, batteries or energy storage solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand our network of solar distributors, installers, EPC contractors and other channel partners across the Philippines.
• Identify, onboard and develop new partners while growing sales with existing accounts.
• Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline and improve market coverage across key regions.
• Drive product adoption and sales growth together with distributors and installer partners.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans in line with the company's APAC strategy.
• Take ownership of sales volume, revenue, pipeline and collection targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including account development, quotation, commercial negotiation, order closing and payment collection.
