Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. in Cebu is seeking a proactive Field Sales/Channel Development Associate to cover local solar installers, EPCs and dealers.

You will build structured channel lists, record visits, and collect market intelligence to inform channel strategy and sales decisions. The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work largely in the field with daily travel; a local driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in field sales, market development, channel development or customer acquisition.
• Experience in solar PV, renewable energy or related industries is a plus.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English communication is a plus.
• Willing to travel within the territory and independently plan visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach solar installers, EPCs, dealers and other channel customers to understand their business scope and needs.
• Collect and verify channel information: company name, address, business type, contacts, and products carried.
• Fully record each visit and communication, including feedback and next steps.
• Collect local market intelligence: competing brands, pricing, policies, needs, and potential projects.
• Handover qualified channel opportunities to Local Sales Manager and assist follow-ups.
