Job summary

COMMSEC INC. is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to grow our residential solar business by developing sales channels, building relationships with customers and partners, and closing sales opportunities in Metro Manila.

The role requires onsite work, a willingness to conduct field visits, and the ability to translate product benefits into customer value while meeting sales targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience, basic solar knowledge, and a laptop.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Solar industry exposure is an advantage.
• Short-term solar experience may be considered with relevant sales background.
• Basic knowledge of residential solar PV systems (panels, inverters, batteries).
• Familiarity with solar terms such as kW, kWp, kWh is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer acquisition and follow-up skills.
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet customers/partners.
• Comfortable working in a full onsite setup.
• Must have own laptop.
• Fluent English and Filipino/Tagalog communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales channels and business partnerships.
• Generate and qualify residential solar leads.
• Present solar products, solutions, and partner programs.
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• Manage sales from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for quotations and proposals.
• Conduct customer/partner meetings and field visits.
• Track leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and results.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
