Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a field sales professional to cover the Davao region. You will visit solar installers, EPCs and dealers, gather data, and build a structured channel list to inform sales decisions.

You will record interactions, identify cooperation needs, and hand over qualified opportunities to the Local Sales Manager. The role requires self-motivation, quick learning, and strong communication to document customer details and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in field sales, market development, channel development or customer acquisition
• Experience in solar PV, renewable energy, electrical equipment or related industries is a plus
• FMCG field sales, traditional trade, outlet-visit or territory sales experience is a plus
• Strong ability to independently identify, approach and visit new customers
• Fast learner, able to quickly grasp the company's products, channel model and business basics
• Clear communicator, able to capture customer information in structured written records
• Self-driven with strong execution; able to independently plan territory visits and deliver on time
• Proficient with Smartphone apps, spreadsheets and common communication tools for data recording and submission
• Comfortable with a high proportion of field work and daily travel within the territory; valid local driving license preferred
• Fluency in the local language; basic English communication is a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and approach solar installers, EPC companies, dealers and other channel customers
• Collect and verify basic channel customer information: company name, address, business type, contacts, brands, products, project profiles
• Fully record each visit and communication, including feedback and next steps
• Collect local market intelligence: major brands, pricing, policies, customer needs, market changes
• Hand over qualified customers or opportunities to Local Sales Manager and assist in follow-up visits
• Submit daily visit records, weekly updates and market summaries in required format
