Job summary

Resonant Energy is seeking an Account Manager to independently manage investor and lender consent across projects, track deadlines, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce. You will support ITC adders, Direct Pay, and ITC transfers while building strong relationships with investors and lenders.

You’ll also review and improve processes to reduce delays, ensure data integrity, and provide monthly pipeline reports to guide sales and partnerships decisions.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English

• Manage investor and lender consent processes across active projects with deadline tracking
• Lead client-facing ITC adders, Direct Pay, and ITC transfer applications
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and prepare monthly pipeline reports
