Job summary

Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc is seeking an Account Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and help achieve revenue targets through superior client experience.

The role involves lead generation, nurturing prospects, promoting RISE services, and maintaining data integrity across the sales pipeline while ensuring compliance and consistent customer satisfaction. Outdoor work and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar role or dealing with similar decision makers.
• Result-Oriented and has a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Strong communication skills and strong command of English.
• Established experience of exceeding sales targets and sales related achievements.
• Demonstrable experience in a complex environment requiring attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects from lead sources (SAQ, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other supporting teams)
• Saturate assigned sites, clusters, etc. for lead generation, potential business, promotional, and other business purposes
• Generate and nurture new leads for new business opportunities through various channels and utilizing brand collaterals
• Champion the RISE Brand to attract and develop client/business relations
• Contribute to the overall revenue of the Company by meeting individual and team targets as assigned
• Collaborate with relevant teams to promote and deliver RISE services
• Ensure strict adherence to up-to-date internal, external, and legal compliance and standards
• Maintain data integrity, sales pipeline, and sales processes in support of business goals
• Ensure consistent positive customer experience
• Other ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate by the line manager to support the business
