Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a Solar Sales Coordinator to support a Behind the Meter sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management in HubSpot, contracts, rebates, and finance applications. You will help keep workflows organized and ensure a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities include updating customer records, preparing contracts, and generating basic sales reports for the Sales Manager, while collaborating with marketing and operations for a consistent customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or sales administration is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales consultants and keep records up to date.
• Follow up with customers via calls and emails, and manage appointment confirmations.
• Process rebates and finance applications end-to-end.
• Prepare simple sales activity reports and pipeline summaries for leadership.
• Support handovers between sales, operations and installation teams.
