Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Software Operations & AI Development Specialist to join our night-shift, on-site team in the Philippines (Angeles, Bacolod, Cebu, Makati, Ortigas).

You’ll troubleshoot bugs using Claude Code and AI tools, work within existing codebases, and help deliver new features across web apps, databases, APIs, and integrations. You\'ll review AI-generated outputs carefully, ensure data quality, and support platform operations and document management to keep

Job Description

Software & AI Development

• Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to troubleshoot bugs and build improvements

• Work safely within an existing codebase

Platform Operations & Quality Control

You will also help ensure that the software and the information flowing through it remain accurate and organized.

This may include:

• Reviewing the platform daily for errors, incomplete information, or unusual activity

• Making sure required workflows are being completed correctly

• Checking that required documents have been uploaded and filed properly

• Uploading and organizing documents when necessary

• Reviewing data for mistakes, missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies

• Performing routine data entry and system maintenance

• Reviewing automated processes and reports to make sure they are working correctly

• Helping manage documents, emails, billing information, and other information flowing through the platform

• Following up on missing information or documentation

• Identifying when employees may be using a workflow incorrectly

Qualifications and requirements

Experience in some of the following areas is preferred:

• Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools

• Web development
• Working within existing codebases
• Git and GitHub
• Databases and SQL
• APIs and third-party integrations
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Software testing
• Software deployments

You do not need to be an expert in every area.

Someone who istechnically capable, resourceful, willing to learn, and excellent at figuring things outmay be a better fit for this position than someone with stronger traditional development credentials but less initiative.
