iFoundries Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive end-to-end social campaigns for multiple brands. You will own content calendars, craft compelling copy, and partner with designers and account managers to deliver impactful social activations.
You will analyze performance metrics, stay current with platform changes, and optimize content for audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
You'll take ownership of social media projects from brief to delivery - turning client objectives into thoughtful content plans, coordinating and creating content, managing publishing and community touchpoints, and using performance insights to make the next cycle better. Good social media is more than posting consistently: it is about understanding the audience, creating work worth noticing and keeping each brand active, relevant and recognisable. This role is open to emerging and senior specialists.
Understand each client's brand, audience, objectives, products/services and social priorities.
Develop content calendars, campaign plans and platform-specific approaches.
Research trends, audience interests and relevant cultural or platform moments.
Translate strategy and briefs into practical social concepts and execution plans.
Write social copy, captions, hooks and calls to action.
Develop social-first creative concepts and translate them into clear briefs for designers, creators or other contributors.
Adapt content appropriately across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
Schedule and publish approved content accurately and on time.
Support campaign launches and social activations within the agreed scope.
Monitor content performance metrics and report if there is a request
Stay updated on patterns of what is working, what is not and why.
Stay current with platform changes, emerging formats, trends and best practices.
Manage your own content calendars, timelines, approvals and dependencies.
Coordinate with designers and Account Managers.
Flag issues or risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
Quality-check content before it goes live and ensure deliverables meet the brief and brand standards.
Relevant hands-on experience managing social media accounts or campaigns, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment.
Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats and publishing best practices.
Strong copywriting, content planning and creative briefing skills.
Ability to manage multiple calendars, deadlines, approvals and stakeholders.
Comfort using platform analytics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
Clear communication, good judgement and strong attention to detail.
Experience with social scheduling, publishing or listening tools.
Understanding of paid social and how organic and paid activity can work together.
Experience briefing photographers, videographers, designers or creators.
Experience with influencer, creator or community programmes.
