Job summary

FlowerStore Group is seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to lead our online presence from Makati. You will create engaging content, manage accounts on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more, and drive community engagement across channels. This role suits a proactive communicator with a passion for e-commerce and gifting.

You will collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, analyze performance with Google Analytics, and build influencer partnerships to grow our brand across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, driven and results-oriented.
• Experience with analytics and ads platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts.
• Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform’s audience and guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, inquiries, and foster conversations.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns including promotions and collaborations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on trends and competitor activity.
• Cross-Platform Strategy: Collaborate with marketing for cohesive messaging.
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to influencers for partnerships.
• Video Management: Coordinate YouTube content production and engagement.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
