Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a seasoned content strategist to deploy the content engine across social and pureplay commerce channels in Taguig, Philippines. You will own end-to-end content planning, execution, distribution, and optimization to drive engagement and GMV.

The role requires deep knowledge of consumer shopper behavior on social platforms, plus experience in livestreams, affiliates, and brand-aligned storytelling. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Content production at scale with performance objectives (GMV/sales).
• Familiarity with commerce cadence, platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and affiliate ecosystems.
• Experience delivering content for high-conversion social commerce channels (livestreams, affiliates).
• Exposure to brand marketing and applying brand guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content for all touchpoints of the digital and social shopper journey.
• Manage Owned stores and accounts (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Optimize product PDPs—images and copy.
• Create wireframes and content for BAU, launches, mega seasons.
• Produce livestream assets to improve ERR and CR.
• Lead content planning for TikTok Short Video programming.
• Coordinate agile ideation with campaign strategy.
• Brief and manage content resources (in-house, external).
• Monitor internal metrics and trends to optimize content.
• Develop affiliate briefing and content programs.
• Own the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool and product data.
• Measure performance of digital assets and content quality.
• Understand shopper behavior to influence digital journey.
