Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead ASM facility projects from design through go-live in the Philippines. You will drive planning, milestones, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Engineering, Facility teams, vendors, and contractors.

You will oversee construction, installation, testing, and readiness of facilities and equipment, while guiding associates and delivering timely updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; background in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a plus.
• 3–10 years of experience in project management, operations improvement, facility/automation projects, or logistics operations.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; able to handle multiple parties in a fast-moving environment.
• Good understanding of logistics/warehouse processes or willingness to learn quickly.
• Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and drive progress across functions.
• Comfortable working on-site at facilities during construction, installation, testing, and go-live.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present issues clearly with solutions.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office/Google Workplace tools is an advantage.
