Job summary

SPX Express seeks a proactive professional in Manila to assess feasibility of initiatives, plan project tracking, and onboard facilities and service providers. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive cost savings and operational capability enhancements.

The role requires a track record in project management, strong English/Filipino communication, and willingness to travel locally (Mindanao region). A bachelor’s degree in management or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales.
• A great track record of successful project management is required.
• High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure.
• Required to travel locally (Mindanao Region).

Responsibilities

• Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
• Source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
• Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company
