Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage and monitor area-level fulfillment operations across Instant Fulfillment Centers. You will drive performance, optimize capacity, and ensure consistent execution with business volume.

The role requires 4+ years in operations, strong KPI tracking, MS Excel mastery, and proven leadership across multiple sites. Travel within Southern Luzon is required to support cross-site excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail operations.
• Strong KPI/SLA, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and MIS reporting.
• Proven leadership and manpower planning across multiple teams/sites.
• Vendor and stakeholder management with cross-functional experience.
• Ability to identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within Southern Luzon.

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned Instant Fulfillment Centers.
• Drive Instant Fulfillment Center performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with business volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, ensuring performance remains aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews and business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of critical dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure, sustainable improvements, and prevention of recurring issues.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Strong operational and business acumen with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or operational sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Southern Luzon.
