Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Facilities/Hub Maintenance lead responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical systems. You will prepare scopes of works, coordinate with procurement and vendors, and manage repair projects across the facility and hub.

The role requires a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication in English and Filipino to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience in contract management is required.
• Experience in logistics companies is a plus.
• Facilities management and process improvement experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical systems (MEPFS).
• Prepare scopes of works and coordinate with procurement and vendors for facilities repairs and projects.
• Manage repair and improvement projects within the facility/hub.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent operational disruptions.

• Prepare Scope of works, initiate coordination with procurement and vendors for all facilities related repairs and projects.
• Manage and oversee repair and improvement projects within the facility/hub.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent operational disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience
• Experience in contract management
