Job summary

SPX Express in Manila seeks an experienced leader to drive business development and project delivery across its facility portfolio. You will manage teams sourcing and onboarding facilities, contractors, and service providers, while ensuring contract renewals and permits are handled efficiently.

The role requires a track record of successful project management, strong English/Filipino communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in business development, project management, or sales.
• Proven track record in people management and project success.
• Strong MS Office and G Suite skills, especially Excel/Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility of current and planned initiatives using quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Develop detailed plans to monitor project development and performance.
• Lead end-to-end management of SPX warehouse openings.
• Manage teams sourcing and onboarding facilities, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee contract renewals and permits for facilities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, attendance, and team performance; report to management.
• Drive cost savings through high-impact projects.
