Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with SME owners as the primary contact.
• Needs assessment and financial advisory: understand goals and propose financing solutions.
• Portfolio management and client retention to ensure loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Business development: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Deliver service excellence and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery.
