Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati is seeking a Key Accounts Supervisor to drive end-to-end SME loan sales, manage channels, and partner with Marketing for lead generation. This role enforces KYC/AML compliance, oversees loan processing, and delivers regular sales forecasts while coaching a team and ensuring top-tier client service.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Makati with a dayshift schedule, requiring strong leadership and results-driven performance.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven B2B account management or corporate sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Channel Management: drive end-to-end sales for SME business loans and manage non-organic channels and lender relationships.
Marketing & Lead Generation: work with Marketing to create campaigns and materials to grow pipeline.
Loan Processing & Compliance: ensure accurate loan docs and enforce KYC/AML standards.
Sales Management & Reporting: monitor pipeline, evaluate channel performance, and deliver forecasts.
Leadership & Client Service: coach key accounts associates and partners; deliver high-quality service.
