Job summary

First Circle in the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager focused on corporate banking or SME business loans. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored financing solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with two days per week in the BGC office and remote the rest, plus benefits including HMO coverage, life and accidental insurance, catered lunches, monthly allowances for fitness, transport, and accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Needs Assessment & Financial Advisory: Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Portfolio Management & Client Retention: Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
• Business Development: Proactively identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities while staying informed on market and competitor trends.
• Service Excellence & Collaboration: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 3-10 years of relationship management experience - preferably in banking, financial services, or lending industries. Focus or specialization in business loans is highly preferred
• Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities with a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical & Decision-Making Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work independently with high initiative and accountability.
• Organizational, Technical & Networking Strength: Strong time management and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably an established network within the business community
