First Circle is a fast-growing FinTech in Manila offering multi-currency accounts and SME lending services. As a Risk Operations Support member, you will process SME loan applications by encoding documents, handling large data volumes, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy.

The role requires 0–1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred (internships in bank/finance can help).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents.
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy.
• Quality checks on encoded data and correcting discrepancies.
• Systematic storage of files.
• Running of credit checks.
• Daily operations support and related tasks.
