Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred (telco, retail, or field sales). Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with field work and daily territory coverage.
• Goal-driven and resilient under pressure.
• Willing to assign in Pasig Reliance.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new SME customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct daily field visits to microbusinesses and SMEs.
• Present connectivity and basic digital solutions to potential customers.
• Close sales and ensure completion of application requirements.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with installation teams for service activation.
• Provide basic aftersales support during onboarding.
• Participate in sales events and community engagements.
