Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to prospect and acquire new SME customers in Metro Manila.

You will conduct daily field visits to microbusinesses, present connectivity and basic digital solutions, and close sales while guiding applicants through documentation requirements. Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate/Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• College graduate preferred but not required
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred (telco, retail, or field sales)
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential may be considered
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with field work and daily territory coverage
• Goal-driven and resilient under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new SME customers within the assigned territory
• Conduct daily field visits to microbusinesses and SMEs
• Present connectivity and basic digital solutions to potential customers
• Close sales and ensure completion of application requirements
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly sales targets
