Salmon Group is recruiting a Sales Manager for SME Cash Loans in Manila. You will source and onboard SME clients, manage the full sales cycle, and drive monthly and quarterly targets while coordinating with Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure compliant loan processing.

You will build lasting SME relationships and contribute to market insights. The role offers hybrid work in Bonifacio Global City, Manila, with stock options and access to an international fintech team familiar with the

• Excellent spoken and written English and Tagalog.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of SME lending and KYC/AML basics.
• Experience selling SME cash loans in banks in the Philippines is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source, acquire, and onboard new SME clients for cash loan products.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to disbursement.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with SME owners and referral partners.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor portfolio quality and support collections when needed.
• Track market trends and share insights with the team.
• Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports.
