Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree program.
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, leadership, and management capabilities.
• Banking experience with a background in lending, account management, and credit evaluation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business targets through a profitable SME portfolio.
• Source potential SME clients via branch network, referrals, and own leads.
• Conduct client calls, visits, and business development activities.
• Cross-sell bank products and manage existing borrower relationships.
• Review creditworthiness, prepare proposals, and coordinate approvals.
