Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Pasig City, Metro Manila, is seeking an SB Sales Representative to drive new logo acquisition and onboard small business customers. You will engage with prospects from North America and globally, guiding them from first contact to a successful setup while collaborating with marketing and support teams.

The role requires SaaS sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct sales experience selling SaaS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Business Administration preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Energetic with willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience with Salesforce, VoIP, and Outreach is a plus
• Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Able to work in a hybrid setup

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead to close for SMB customers
• Be the first point of contact for potential customers and drive new logo acquisition
• Collaborate with Billing, Support, Marketing, and other sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay up to date with product changes to benefit customers
• Manage inquiries from Sales Lines, Live Chat, and Marketing Leads, mainly from North America
• Assist customers with account setup and onboarding to ensure early success
