Job summary

Dialpad is hiring a Small Business Sales Representative in Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will help prospective customers start with Dialpad and set them up for long-term success, guiding them through initial setup with a high-touch experience.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive new logo acquisition, nurture opportunities, and achieve revenue targets for a global customer base, primarily in North America. Hybrid work and US core hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• High level of emotional IQ.
• Energetic with a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from new logo acquisition to closed-won deals.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a high-touch experience.
• Collaborate with Billing, Support, Marketing and other sales teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Stay updated on product changes to better serve customers.
