Job summary

Dialpad is seeking a Small Business Sales Representative in Pasig City, Metro Manila, to help prospective customers start with our AI-powered communication platform.

You will own the sales process from initial contact to closed-won, working with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for small businesses. The role requires fluency in English, SaaS sales experience, and the ability to work Pacific Time hours in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years direct B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business Admin preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with Salesforce, VoIP, and Outreach preferred but not required.
• Able to work US core hours (Pacific Time) in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition, lead to opportunity to close.
• Be the first point of contact for prospects and guide them to success.
• Collaborate with Billing, Support, Marketing, and other sales teams to deliver best customer experience.
• Research product changes to benefit customers and stay updated.
• Manage full sales cycle from interest to closed-won deals.
• Engage with Sales Lines, Live Chat, and Leads, often US-based, remote.
