Job summary

SM Supermalls is hiring for an entry-level role in Cinema Operations to support daily cinema activities and drive sales through guest engagement. You will help guests with purchases, usher attendees, check tickets, and ensure safety and comfort during screenings.

You will join a team that values service quality, teamwork, and continuous development. This position is full-time and onsite at a SM cinema location in the Laguna area.

Position description: The position supports the daily operations of SM Cinema and contributes in driving the sales through engaging visitors, assisting in selecting and handling customer purchases. Also, it is leading the customer on their way to the venue with the assurance of safety and first-class customer service experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality food service.
• Prepares and assembles food items, monitors inventory, and maintains cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
